Welcome to Perry Built Homes.
The Perry name means exceptional homebuilding in Edmonton, and my team and I are infusing new energy into that tradition. For 2010, we're offering three different classes of homes- Icon, Deco & Metro- to help with budgeting and style decisions.
We build pretty uniquely- for example we're the only major builder protecting our client's homes with waterproof foundation membrane standard, on both Icon and Metro class homes. Both those specifications are set high- on purpose- and they simplify ordering for our customers because so much is included standard with the base price of our homes.
In addition, our ability to customize allows us to create a vision that encompasses the residence as well as the landscaping, furniture, lighting and window coverings to create a unified whole, which the client can acquire from us immediately or over time as budgets permit.
