Welcome to Perry Built Homes.
For 2009 we will continue the radical change and improvement process that we launched in 2008. Making our homes more exceptional, and making the purchase experience better and easier for our clients. We're now offering two different classes of homes- Icon and Metro- to help with budgeting and style decisions.
We already build pretty uniquely- we're the only major Edmonton builder using waterproof foundation membrane standard for instance. We will continue that boldness and introduce even more improvements beyond minimum codes. We also, radically, are streamlining things for our clients this year. We want to encourage clients to select one of our Quick Possession homes, or standard models, and save custom building as a last resort. Why? Because we want to simplify and enhance the purchase experience. You'll no longer have to pick from the 10,000 available faucet options. That's our job. We're doing all the legwork and selecting the top 3 or 4 for you. Making your life easier, helps us all. A true luxury provider, does all the selection and work for the client.
